Lightest Double Stroller
When looking for a lightweight double-stroller, its folded dimensions and weight are key aspects to take into consideration. When not in use, choose an infant stroller that is easy to maneuver and small in size. This will make it easier to store it in your car trunk, and also to navigate through airport gates and foreign roads.

The most lightweight strollers have an easy, light fold and self-standing mechanism to lessen the burden on parents' bodies. Several also have a wide selection of seating options and can accommodate infant car seat carriers.
Kolcraft Cloud Plus
The perfect product for families on the go. Lightweight with a convenient one-hand compact fold. The all-terrain wheels and front suspension, as well as the multi-position reclining seat, allow for children to weigh up to 50 pounds. The tray for parents and children and a large storage basket and a 3-tiered canopy with the peekaboo window offer maximum sun protection.
The Cloud received one of the lowest scores on our tests of quality due to its thin feel as well as hard plastic seats and a design that is dated. It is also more expensive than other lightweight strollers. This makes it a poor option for those seeking the cheapest option.
It's not the most light stroller but it comes with enough features to be worth a look. The swiveling front wheels make it easy to maneuver on flat surfaces and it can leap over curbs with little effort unlike many other light strollers that veer off course when trying to do the similar thing. The Cloud's low, nearly knee-high handle has a disadvantage. It's not adjustable and it's not adjustable. It's uncomfortable to push it with your legs dangling in the air like that and it's also not helping that it's not cushioned.
In our tests during our testing, we discovered the Cloud to be simple to open and set up. It's a bit more complicated to close, however; you must slide a slider, and then pull a big white button for it to collapse. This can be a hassle especially if you're juggling kids while doing it.
The Cloud comes with a compact but deep storage basket. It's big enough to fit an enormous diaper bag. It's a bit narrow, though it's likely that you'll need to leave something inside to reach the back to get it back. The Cloud comes with two tray for parents and a child tray each with two cup holders. But both are too small for larger bottles or cups.
Kolcraft has been around since 1946. Kolcraft brand has been in existence since 1946, and is a third-generation family-owned business. The company is based in Chicago and is an American manufacturer.
Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is a lightweight and minimalist double stroller that's perfect for travel. It's light at 18 pounds (lighter than many single strollers!) It folds flat, making it easy to transport and store. It also has independently reclining seats, as well as large SPF50 sunvisors that have a peekaboo window. The visors are adjustable to accommodate kids of different heights. Plus, it has one-step linked parking brake that is Disney-sized approved.
The swivel wheels of the Jeep are also awesome to maneuver over bumps and uneven surfaces. This stroller is not compatible with car seats. Your child must be at minimum six months old and have a good neck control in order to ride on the front seat. It does have three panels of a nice sun canopy, however and each seat comes with its own snack tray and cup holders for the parents.
Another incredibly lightweight side-by-side stroller is the Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend. twin pushchair than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 pounds, but it's narrow and slim (26.5 inches wide!) It's got a lot of exquisite details that make it ideal for travel. It has a super simple fold, is extremely maneuverable and can be tucked away in trunks and overhead compartments of airplanes easily.
Similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double and Mountain Buggy Nano Duo, the Joovy Kooper X2 is another tri-fold ultralight double stroller. It's pretty similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, but it has a few key differences. It's also slightly more expensive, but it has greater maneuverability and the largest sun canopy. It also has a convenient carry strap that can hold children up to 44 pounds per seat.
Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+
If you're looking for a stroller that's light in weight but also packed with features look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just light at only 13 pounds but also has a lot of storage options, including cupholders for both parents and children as well as a sippy-cup pouch for children as well as a pocket for storage for parents, etc. It can also be used with a child's seat and has a brake that flips that is easily engaged. It's designed to evolve with your kids from a baby stroller to an adult stroller by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children aged 6 months old and up.
Another thing to note about this stroller is that it only operates on swivel wheels, and doesn't come with locking capabilities therefore it may not be the best option for terrain that is rocky or hilly. It's still a good option for families of all sizes, since it can be easily maneuvered on paved surfaces and other smooth surfaces.
This is one of the smallest and light double strollers with full-size features. It can be folded by one hand and then stored in the garage or trunk. It can also be used as a stoller for travel and is compatible without adapters for most car seats.
In contrast to most strollers that are lightweight unlike other strollers that are lightweight, the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ has two separate seats that can accommodate up to 50 lbs. per seat (100 lb total). The seats come with individual leg rests, as well as three-panel canopies that include flip-out sunvisors and peekaboo window.
The seats are cushioned to ensure your child's comfort. They also have a five-point safety harness which can be adjusted to three different height positions. Each has a built-in infant cushion, which is ideal for babies. Parents will appreciate the parent and child cup holders, the cell phone holder, as well as a large storage basket. The stroller comes with the Yoyo+ Board which transforms it into a tandem.
Joovy Kooper X2
The Kooper X2 double stroller is an excellent option for parents who want a light double stroller that can accommodate two children. The sling-style seats are comfortable and offer a similar amount of headroom. It also allows children to be seated together. The Kooper X2 is unique in that it comes with a completely reclined seat, making it a great option for nap time. The recline feature is simple to use, however it's not really flat. Children who are taller may have legs hanging out when in reclined positions. It also has a huge canopy that we found to be more effective at blocking out the sun than other options in our review of the best double strollers.
The stroller is light enough to to navigate through door frames. This was a major issue with other models we tested. It folds easily and the handlebars are close to the ground. The only issue is the small storage space. When it's full of stuff for the kids it can feel cramped.
Joovy is a family-owned business that makes unique, functional and quality baby products. Their range includes unique bottles that we have reviewed in our best baby bottle review, interesting strollers such as the Joovy Zoom X2 Double and a unique rain cover that fits a variety of popular strollers. The company's products are reasonably priced and often feature fun designs that will attract children.
During our lab tests of double strollers , we evaluate several factors to determine how simple a model is to use, including how easy it is to set up and fold, adjust the safety harness, open and close the brakes, raise and carry the stroller as if placing it into a trunk of a car and then install and remove an infant car seat (if applicable). We also evaluated the durability and strength, as well as whether each model has an adult tray that can be used by both children.
The Joovy Kooper X2 earned the highest score for ease of use in our most recent edition of the top double strollers guide, and one of the highest scores in our Strollers test program overall. Its easy-to-use design includes one-hand recline that is tilt-free with a huge canopy that rotates forward for shade and has ventilation mesh you can see through when it's tilted, individual child trays with built-in cup holders, zip-up parent pockets as well as a huge storage basket.
